Well Behaved Pets Permitted
Please note that we realize pets are part of
many families and we are not opposed to pets. Most pets that have been on the property have not been an issue, however
pets can be intrusive to others and can cause extensive damage to the property, furniture, and house. Pets have
also been left alone for extended periods of time. Due to these problems and to ensure that all of our guests, including
pets, have an enjoyable vacation, the following policy regarding ALL pets is now in effect:
Owners will be charged $100.00 per pet, per week plus a $100.00 damage deposit.
Your damage deposit will be returned at the end of your stay once we have established that there is no mess or damage left
due to your animal.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Owners must pick up after their pets.

Pets are never to be left alone on the property unless they are in their kennel (please note
the barking dog policy below)

Leave barking dogs home!

Pets must be well behaved and controlled by their owners at all times i.e. Dogs are not
to wander to neighbouring properties, jump up on anyone, etc.
